Chinar JKSSB Prep runs Chinar JKSSB Prep (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the website and app, and why.

What we collect

• Account details when you sign up: your email address, name, and optionally the post you are preparing for and your district.
• Review requests you send about a question, with the text you write.
• Chinar Pass records: which plan you hold and until when. When online payment opens, payments are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay); we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Practice progress (scores, bookmarks, topics practised) is stored in your own browser on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and to show you the content your plan includes.
• To answer review requests and support messages.
• To send account emails you ask for, such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Accounts and records are stored with our database provider (Supabase), and the website is served through Cloudflare. Both protect data in transit with HTTPS. Access to student records is limited to the site administrator.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to save your progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time. To delete your account and the data linked to it, use the Request review button on any question, or the feedback option in your profile with the email you signed up with; we will delete it within 30 days.

Children

The service is meant for exam aspirants aged 16 and above. Younger students should use it with a parent's permission.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell signed-in users about important changes.
